A coloured pencil tribute to the vibrancy and diversity of Australia’s flora and birdlife. While living in Victoria, I would routinely enjoy the company of Rainbow Lorikeets, golden-mantled rosellas, and pairs of King Parrots on my balcony. Their colourful feathers and inquisitive nature was the inspiration for this piece.
This piece was created as a fundraiser for Birdlife Australia, after the devastating 2020 Australian bush fires.
